Believing unity essential for the mutual protection and advancement of the interests and general welfare of its members of the Local, we have formed this association the objects of which shall be: To organize and promote growth of our membership and equitable settlement of their grievances; to secure just compensation for their services; to promote the establishment of just and reasonable working conditions; to promote harmonious relations between members and their employer; to encourage the formation of sick and death benefit funds and to cultivate friendship and fellowship among its members.
